Facing continuous changes in the market, we’ve created a Telemarketing team to meet our customers’ needs. While the name seems to be complicated, the idea is to make contact with clients by telephone!

There are seven people working in our new department. Every day they make phone calls to:

· take orders

· inform about new products and changes in our offer

· offer our help to customers in case of queries and questions

· support Culinary Advisors

To make things go more smoothly and efficiently, team members contact customers in seven different regions of Poland.
